Seb has laid our kitchen/ diner floor and splash-back in our kitchen and utility room. His attention to detail has ensured the floor is perfect. He takes his time to work everything out before starting. He is very calm when working. Highly recommend Seb and we will be booking him for our next job. Thanks again

Hi Aiden, I would firstly love to say a big thank you for the review and secondly thank you for allowing New Metro Tiling to tackle your kitchen project which was an absolute joy to work on with you and Laura. I look forward to carrying out more work for you in the future.
The old poor tiles were removed with the plasterboard meaning the walls had to be re-boarded. Seb did this with care and very tidily with all waste removed. The new splash back tiling is superb having been done accurately and with care. No mess at all and the whole job completed on time and at the agreed price. We’re very pleased and can highly recommend New Metro Tiling.

Seb is incredible - he really goes the extra mile, his work is perfect and he takes pride in everything he does. I’m not sure why he’s cheaper than many of his competitors because I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. He also saved my bathroom from flooding when I tried to do some DIY myself

Thank you Lou for keeping me fed and watered. I am just happy to be part of making your new house your new home.
Seb is a lovely guy and a fantastic tiler. Very trustworthy also, and very conscientious. He worries that the client is satisfied with his work. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a job done properly.

We were nervous about choosing a tiler for our wet room as having no shower tray the tiling affects how all the water drains away. Well we need not have worried as Seb knew exactly what he was doing and was professional and helpful. The envelope work all around the drain is perfect and he gave us the option of shaping and polishing all the wall tile edges and making skirting ties, it all looks fabulous.
We are so pleased with all his work and highly recommend Seb & New Metro Tiles and would not use anyone else.

Seb did a fantastic job on the supply and installation of our exterior Victorian tiles and kitchen stone flooring. He is great at the more intricate detailed oriented tiling despite being a young guy. Typically this skill set is reserved by the “old boys” that don’t turn up when they say they will, or are not that responsive. Seb is neither of those

Thank you lawerence for your kind words and will look forward to work with you more in the future.
My shower room floor flooded after the old grout failed and a few mosaic tiles came up. Seb responded quickly to my message, came out to see the work and we discussed various options. The end result is excellent, with the floor looking better than when it was first installed. He left the area clean and tidy and so I highly recommend New Metro Tiling.

Seb was very accommodating fitting my job in at the weekend just before my wife gave birth to our second child. I really am very grateful to him for completing this work before our baby's arrival. He worked all weekend and in truth the job was more complex than described and photographed by me. However, he got on with it and was absolutely meticulous in his laying out of the tiles. The job is perfect. Very good tiler.Owner response
